Present: Arturo Alon (Chair), Scott Campbell, Tim Hazel, Cindy Bowes.

Absent: Eileen Kennedy (Excused).

Meeting Minutes: Discussion of procedure of securing enforcing Affordable Housing Permits. Board will request a member of the Zoning Board to be present at the May 17, 2002 meeting of the LHP. Board will also request presence of Assistant Manager (acting for Regulatory Board in the absence of former Regulatory Board chair) to be present to advise LHP on enforcement issues.

Motion: To approve minutes of March 29, 2002 as read. Unanimous. So moved.

Motion: Not to reduce Affordable Housing permits. Motion made by Tim hazel seconded by Cindy Bowes. Unanimous. So moved.
