Minutes:

Local Housing Partnership meeting opened at 9:00a.m. by Chair Arturo Alon. Prelininary overview of a proposed housing project on Race Point Road was given by Beau Fillion, Rose Gschwendtner and Eric Dray.

Discussion to update and add To the Criteria For Evaluating affordable Housing Proposals and procedures for securing affordable housing permits. Judith Oset will present the Board with changes, for their approval, at next meeting.

Updates:

Clem Deb Realty Trust: Board will present update at next meeting.

Sanjo Realty Trust: Letter to be sent requesting information from the Barnstable Registry of Deeds be forwarded to the Board to close this project.

Harry Kemp Corporation: sprinkler system holding up project.

Ron Reil: Letter to be sent requesting information from the Barnstable Registry of deeds be forwarded to the Board.
