Keith Bergman opened the meeting at 9:15 a.m. Discussion of letter drafted by Principal assessor to be sent to owners of rental properties for data base of opinions on feasibility of proposed plan of 100% property tax exemption for property owners willing to provide low-rent year round housing. The proposal will be discussed further at a January 18th meeting where an inquiry letter from the town will be finalized. 

 

Discussion of proposals presented at December meeting.

 

Discussion of ways to get Provincetown bills acted on more promptly in the Legislature.
