Updates:
58 Harry
Kemp Way . Working toward completion of
construction. Working toward closing
date in July 2003.
48 Race
Point Road. Deed restrictions in place
for units #1, #3 and #7. In
transition.
68 Race
Point Road. Septic installed and
approved. Discussions with
plumber. Building within a week or
two.
Clem and Ursie. Mark discussed meeting with Deb re
Affordable Housing Deed restrictions for affordable units. Must have income limits in by July. Board discussed requiring signed leases.
Board discussed informing applicants that letters
must be sent to Board to inform on progress.
Procedures:
No procedures for Local
housing Board in writing anywhere. List
of procedures need to be written up regarding the need for affordable units to
be built concurrently with market units, and other guidelines for the
Board. Mark LaTour will write
procedures for the Board to review.
Discussion with Eileen Kennedy of the possibility of a Capewide affordable housing website. Ms. Kennedy will bring more information to next meeting for further discussion.
Mark La Tour told of the developing Affordable
Housing Plan for the kinds of affordable housing needed in Provincetown
including costs to develop units, costs of developing assisted living housing,
dormitory style living and other kinds of affordable housing.
Community Development Visioning Project: State wants it beefed up to add transportation, open
space and economic development.
Motion made to adjourn by Teri Nezbeth seconded by
Arturo Alon. Unanimous. So moved.
