PHA Minutes: Meeting opened by Chair Margaret Bergman at 5:15 p.m. Discussion by PHA of Real Estate Transfer Fee/Affordable Housing Trust Fund. Michael Bunn recused himself, conflict of interest.

Local housing Partnership and Provincetown Housing Authority will meet Friday April 4, 2003 at 5:30 p.m. to discuss Growth Management Plan.

Local Housing Partnership left PHA meeting at 6:00 p.m.

Local housing Partnership Meeting continued separately at 6:00 p.m.

Present: Arturo Alon, Scott Campbell, Teri Nezbeth, Mark LaTour.

Absent: Tim Hazel, Cindy Bowes, Eileen Kennedy (excused).

Minutes: Discussion of STM #5 $40,000 feasibility study for Cape End Manor.

Motion: to recommend STM Article #5 by Arturo Alon, Second by Scott Campbell, 3-0 motion carried.

Motion: to postpone STM Article #8 indefinitly by Arturo Alon, Second by Scott Campbell, 3-0 motion carried.

Motion: to approve ATM Article #26 recommended by Arturo Alon, Second by Scott Campbell, 3-0 so moved.

Motion: to approve minutes of February 21, 2003 by Arturo Alon, second by Scott Campbell, unanimous. So moved.

Motion: to adjourn at 6:15 p.m. unanimous.
