Minutes: Chair
opened meeting at 9:05 a.m. Application
for permit upon review by Local Housing Partnership by Michael Bunn for 34-36
Conwell Street.
Motion: Motion made by Arturo Alon
and seconded by Tim Hazel to grant Permit.
Unanimous. So moved.
Presentation of site plans for Meadows Motel,
Bradford Street Extension, for review only by Local housing Partnership.
Brenda
Haywood representing Provincetown Housing Authority discussed the need for
guidelines from the Board as to how to use the Affordable Housing Trust
Fund. Provincetown Housing Authority
would like guidelines from Board as to
accessing funds. Local housing
Partnership will set up working meetings before meeting with Provincetown
Housing Authority at their March 5th meeting. Mark LaTour suggested both Boards should
consult and could e-mail guidelines to him.
Maxine Notaro gave report on 68 Race Point
Road. Weather delays, but making
progress.
Motion : Motion made by Arturo Alon
and seconded by Scott Campbell to accept minutes of January 17, 2003. So moved.
