Local housing Partnership minutes of January 17, 2003

Members Present: Arturo Alon (Chair), Tim Hazel, Scott Campbell, Cindy Bowes,

Teri Nezbeth.

Members Absent: Eileen Kennedy, (with excuse).

Others Present: Maxine Notaro, Permit Coordinator, Mark Latour. Members of the Provinncetown Housing Authority: Margaret Bergman, Robert Cabral, Brenda Haywood, Patrick Manning.

Meeting opened by Chair at 9:00a.m.

Minutes: PHA Board opened discussion with LHP regarding the need for policies and procedures for use of Trust Funds. Mark Latour will discuss with Finance Committee and Town Counsel, procedures necessary to utilize Town Fund monies. Chair of LPH will set up ongoing meetings with Provincetown Housing Authority.

Next Affordable Housing Task Force meeting will be held January 22^nd at Town Hall at 5:30p.m.Chair informed Board the Gwen Pelletier and Ken Weiss project will proceed. They are working on minor details.

Fax from Michael Bunn asking to be placed on next Agenda for permits for 34/36 Conwall Street.

Minutes of December 20, 2003 approved unanimously.

Next meeting February 21, 2003 at 9:00a.m.
