Also Attending: Martha Hevenor, Cape Cod
Commission and Mark LaTour, Assistant Town Manager, and John Gilmore, Director
of Community Development.
Meeting
Anne
Howard called the meeting to order at 5:30 PM and introduced the Planning Board
and LCPIC members present.
Martha
Hevenor handed out a new, revised list of Special Permit uses and Article 4 of
the Zoning By-laws dated November 8th. She asked if any of the Board
had any questions regarding the memorandum. No one had questions.
There
was a general discussion of definition changes that would be necessary to
various Zoning By-laws.
Ginny
Binder stated that the definitions should not be in “legalise” but in everyday
language.
Martha
Hevenor will make a list of examples (action items) to show what the intention
of the LCP is.
The
next joint meeting of the Planning Board and LCPIC will be Wednesday, December
4th at 5:30 PM.
It
was moved to adjourn the Joint Meeting at 7:00 PM.
