Meeting Minutes

March 2, 2004

 

Members Present: Ginny Binder, Chair; Ted Malone

 

Excused Absence: Anne Howard

 

Cape Cod Commission: Martha Hevenor

 

Town Representative: Mark LaTour, Deputy Director of Community Development

 

Ginny Binder called the meeting to order at 5:35 pm.

 

Proposed revisions to Article 6, Growth Management By-law from the LCPIC will be presented to the Board of Selectmen at their meeting of March 8, 2004.

 

Mark LaTour handed out a memo and revisions with comments from the Board of Selectmen. A general discussion regarding the changes with emphasis on water gallons usage ensued.

 

Martha Hevenor will create a “bulleted” list clarifying the changes to Article 6 and with any further changes.

 

The LCPIC could not take a vote as a quorum was not present. A vote will be taken prior to the Board of Selectmen meeting. The LCPIC will meet on either Friday, March 5th or Monday, March 8th.

 

Mark LaTour handed out a memo giving changes to the sign by-laws as requested by the Building Commissioner.

 

The meeting was adjourned at 6:45 pm.
