Meeting

Howard called the meeting to order at 5:30 PM.
Martha
Hevenor handed out a new, revised list of Special Permit uses and Article 4 of
the Zoning By-laws. Included was a brief synopsis of comments/concerns raised
at the September 18th meeting; a copy of Section 2440 Permitted Use
Schedule including comments raised at previous meetings; and, a rough
draft/clarification of the first paragraph of Article 4 Special Regulations.
The
group went over each item, item-by-item, and made note of which should be
Zoning and which should fall under the auspices of the Planning Board.
The
next joint meeting of the Planning Board and LCPIC will be November 13th
at 5:30 PM.
It
was moved to adjourn the Joint Meeting at 6:45 PM.
