Also Attending: Martha Hevenor, Cape Cod Commission and Mark LaTour, Assistant Town Manager

Meeting

Anne Howard called the meeting to order at 5:30 PM.

Martha Hevenor handed out a new, revised list of Special Regulations and there was a step-by-step discussion by the members regarding each item. It was especially noted that the Purpose section should be re-written as it was totally unclear. There also was a point brought up regarding what was a Special Regulation as opposed to what was a Site Plan Review. Also discussed was which items the Planning Board should be issuing Special Permits. That is, which should be Planning Board items or which should be Zoning Board items. Basically, it should be decided as to what the Planning Board is responsible for as opposed to the Zoning Board (terminology).

The next joint meeting of the Planning Board and LCPIC will be October 16^th at 5:30 PM.

It was moved to approve the minutes of the July 9^th and August 21^st meetings.
