Discussion

1.      Ingredients Inc, Alan Cullinane mgr d.b.a. Angel Foods, 467 Commercial St.

Represented by Alan Cullinane and Liz Lovati. The Licensing Board noticed an advertisement in the Banner stating 4+ months of closure. However with an annual license state law requires no more than 30 days of closure. The owners would like to change their Annual Wine & Malt package store license to a seasonal license. Will begin the process in March when they return from vacation.

Richard McMasters stepped down.

2.      Thomas Collins d.b.a. Queen Cab Co, 9A Conwell St.

The Licensing Board was concerned with Queen Cab’s procedures of operator violations. Tom Collins was aware of a Show Cause hearing at the January 10th, 2006 meeting of one of his drivers. He assured the board that he discussed with the driver the importance of the rules and regulations, as well as re-iterating the policies of his company. Tom also submitted a letter of complaint from Brad Greenberg in regard to the incident with the Police Department and the Queen Cab driver.

Richard McMasters rejoined.
