Work Session

1.      Rules and Regulation – Special Entertainment and Special Alcohol addition of sections.

The Licensing Board liked the suggestions that the Licensing Agent presented to the Board for additions. The board requested a few more additions to be advertised.

§         Amend 3.03 to regulate a closure for all types of Annual All alcohol license holders to one month.

§         Add 8.02g) regulate Taxi operators posting state and local drivers licenses during operation of a licensed taxi.

§         Add an Operating without valid license fee – double total fees

§         Add a fee for inspection team to re-inspect any establishment more than once – double inspection fee.

The Licensing Board would like to set up an open meeting, the first week in May, for all businesses to ask questions before the new season begins.

§         Police report dated 11/19/05 – Gail Gibbs cited for violations

Motion for Show Cause hearing to suspend, modify or revoke Gail Gibbs Taxi Operators License by Cass Benson. Seconded by Richard McMasters. Approved 4-0

Motion to Invite Queen Cab Company to discuss Gail Gibbs alleged violations by Richard McMasters. Seconded by John Foley. Approved 4-0
