of the Town of Provincetown Licensing Board Special Public Meeting on Friday, August 19^th, 2005, at 12:00pm in the Judge Welsh Hearing Room, 260 Commercial Street.

Present: Hunter O'Hanian (Chairman), John Foley, Irene Rabinowitz, Cassandra Benson, Richard McMasters and Elizabeth Hartsgrove (Licensing Agent)

Excused: Nick Robertson (Vice Chair and Clerk)

Others Present: Chief Ted Meyer, Officer Lochiatto, and DPW Operations Manager Sandra Turner.

Taxi Operator

1. The Licensing Board will consider the suspension, modification or revocation of the Taxi Operator license of Brett Thomas Jersey for the following reasons: request of immediate revocation of license from the Chief of Police due to alleged events occurring July 16^th and 17^th, 2005.

Represented by Brett Thomas Jersey. Mr. Jersey would like to surrender his license.

Motion to rescind motion for show cause hearing by Irene Rabinowitz. Seconded by John Foley. Rescinded 5-0
