of the Town of Provincetown Licensing Board Meeting and Work Session on Tuesday, June 28th, 2005 at 5:00pm in the Judge Welsh Hearing Room, 260 Commercial Street.

Discussion/Work Session

1.      Bruce Van Allen, PTown Pedicab

Bruce Van Allen wanted to talk to the board about possibly waiving the Physical requirement for the Pedicab Operators, due to multiple reasons yet the biggest one was due to finances. The Board felt that a more creative approach to the rule should be applied and the rule should also stay in place.
