Chairman Gail Browne convened the meeting at 4:07 PM noting the following members present: Gail Browne, Mary Ann Cabral, Olympia Ciliberto and Bill Schneider.

No public statements were presented.

The minutes from the June 1, 2007 meeting of the Town Scholarship Committee were reviewed.

MOTION: Move to approve the minutes from the June 1, 2007 meeting of the Town Scholarship Committee.

Eleanora Irving arrived at 4:08 PM

MOTION: Move to award Sydney Cummings the 2008 Town Scholarship Award.
