Chairman Gail Browne convened the meeting at 9:30 AM noting the following members present: Gail Browne, Mary Ann Cabral, Olympia Ciliberto, Phil Gaudiano and Bill Schneider. Alternate member Eleanora Irving was also present.

MOTION: Move to award Thadd Dimitri Papetsas, Jr. the 2007 Town Scholarship award.

Motion by: Gail Browne; Seconded by: Olympia Ciliberto; Yea: 5 Nay: 0 Abstain: 0
