Chairperson Gail Browne convened the meeting at 4:02 PM noting the following members present: Gail Browne, Mary Ann Cabral, Olympia Ciliberto, Phil Gaudiano and Bill Schneider.

Public Statements: None were presented.

The Board convened in Executive Session to review the scholarship applications for three students from the Class of 2006.

MOTION: Move to consider Timothy Silva’s application be deferred until award October 1, 2007.

Motion by: Gail Browne; Seconded by: Mary Ann Cabral; Yea: 4 Nay: 0 Abstain: 1 (PG)

MOTION: Move to award the remaining Class of 2006 applicants.

MOTION: Move to approve the minutes from the May 29, 2007 meeting as amended.
