Members Present: Gail Browne, Mary Cabral, Philip Gaudiano,

and Eleanor Irving.

Members Absent: Olympia Ciliberto and Bill Schneider (both excused)

The meeting was convened at 5:03 p.m.

There were no public statements.

The approval of the December 20, 2006 minutes was postponed.

The next meeting is scheduled for April 18, 2007 at 4:00 p.m.

The invoice from Scholarship America for $100 was approved unanimously for payment.

The information from the members of the Class of 2006 from Provincetown High School applying for payment of their scholarship was reviewed for completeness.

Payment of the awarded amounts to the following applicants will be submitted for payment:

R. Days C. DeSousa

A. Silva B. Zawaduck

R. Silva M. Livingston

V. Hamnquist J. Schmidt

There will be further reviews of the five applicants who will start their studies in the second semester.

The above action was approved unanimously.
