Chair Gail Browne convened the meeting at 4:03 PM noting the following members present: Gail Browne, Olympia Ciliberto and Bill Schneider.

MOTION: Move to approve the minutes from December 14, 2006.

Motion by: Bill Schneider; Seconded by: Olympia Ciliberto Yea: 3 Nay: 0 Abstain: 0

Anita Berman joined the meeting at 4:08 PM.

Chair Browne confirmed the two pending requests for payment from two upperclassmen were being processed and would be presented for Board of Selectmen approval at their next meeting, scheduled for January 8, 2007.

The next meeting was scheduled for Thursday, January 18, 2007 at 4:00 PM.

The meeting was adjourned at 4:14 PM.
