Meeting Minutes of

Thursday, June 8, 2006

Meeting Room A

Chair Gail Browne convened the meeting at 4:00 PM noting the following members present: Gail Browne, Mary Ann Cabral, Olympia Ciliberto and Bill Schneider. Alternate member Eleanor Irving arrived after the meeting was convened.

Also present: Phil Guardiano, Deb Travato, Hillary Bach Davis and Peter Grosso

Public statements were made by the individuals who were also present, including a letter that was presented by Hillary Bach Davis.

A discussion ensued between various members of the JAFFSC and public attending the meeting.

Gail Browne suggested the Committee delay the public hearing to discuss the proposed amendment until the fall because this is a deep and complicated issue and she will be unable to focus her attention on this during the busy summer months.

MOTION: Move to approve the minutes from June 1, 2006.

MOTION: To elect Olympia Ciliberto Vice Chair of the John Anderson Francis Family Scholarship Committee.

A meeting was scheduled for Wednesday, June 21, 2006 at 4:00 PM.

The meeting was adjourned at 6:25 PM.
