Minutes of the Insurance Advisory Meeting

Judge Welsh Meeting Room, Town Hall

Present: Susan Avellar, Ray Duarte, John Fitzgerald, Doug Johnstone, Brian Shea.

Absent: Doug Allen, James Meads, Bruce Miller.

Meeting called to order at 3:40 pm.

John Fitzgerald provided an overview of the proposed increases/changes to insurance benefits plans offered to employees in FY 2004. John reported minimal to no changes to individual health plans offered, and explained the percentage increase to each program.

Motion to recommend the Town move forward with increases as proposed made by Brian Shea, seconded by Doug Johnstone. Passed unanimously 5-0-0

Draft meeting minutes from March 26, 2003 Insurance Advisory Committee meeting were approved 4-0-0

Committee decided to hold next meeting in September at a date and time to be announced.

Meeting adjourned at 4:10 pm.
