Mark LaPorte spoke to the Commission about future historic preservation projects. New monies will soon be available from Land Bank funds. The Commission needs to think of the best way to use these funds.

Gino Verzone spoke to the Commission about a few letters he received from the MHC regarding properties at 205-209 Commercial Street, 232 Bradford Street, and the addition at the Heritage Museum Library. Questions arose as to why the MHC was getting involved in these cases before the Provincetown Historical Commission. (Letters are in correspondence file.)

The Commission noted that the doors installed at the Crown and Anchor were not the doors discussed with the owner and approved by the Commission. Maxine Notaro is going to speak to Warren Alexander (?) regarding this.

Stephen Milkewicz brought up the “naked” stovepipe and the Anchor Inn. He is going to look into this. John Dowd is looking into the “naked” pipe at Gabriel’s.
