The meeting was called to order at 4:30 p.m.

Old Business:

Review 2005 Amendments to the 1999 Harbor Plan status

Rex McKinsey is still working on the Harbor Plan.

New Business:

Discussion on the beach cleaning machine.

The Chairman brought Marty up to date on the status of obtaining a beach cleaning machine for the town. The DPW is trying to get some prices on a tractor alone and then prices of a tractor with brush cutting arm attachment. The PHC is probably willing to fund the cost of a tractor alone. This will be used to pull the beach rake.

The Chairman found some errors on the Decision on Variance Request and Written Determination Pursuant to MGL Chapter 91 Waterways License Application No. W06-1600-N, 49A Commercial St., dated 21 Nov. 2007. He will email Lou Gitto of the errors.

Motion: Scholl moved that the PHC submit a budget for FY2009 same as FY 2008.
