Motion
to appoint Polly Burnell to the Historical Commission
Vote: 3-0 in support.
Members
discussed CPC funds and preparation of a scope of services to complete the Town
Survey to present to CPC for approval at Special Town Meeting in early November. Deadline for CPC submissions in September
15.
Task: Eric Dray will work on development of scope
Members
also discussed other potential “bricks and mortar” uses for funds. Knight stated that we should ask town for an
inventory of town-owned historic resources (resources over 50 years old should
all be considered) including conditions assessment so that planning can take
place.
Task: Austin Knight will prepare request to submit
to Town Manager.
