REGULAR MEETING
A regular meeting of the Provincetown Housing Authority was called to
order by Cheryl Andrews, Vice-Chair, on

COMMISSIONERS’ STATEMENTS:
C. R. Brouillet stated that Ted Malone purchased Clem & Ursie’s
apartment building to completely restore and put apartments
in it. Board discussed the unit mix of the building.
C.R. Brouillet is disappointed over the Shank Painter RFP process but
is happy to see it moving forward.
The Board noted that there was no official notification that it
was going to be on the selectmen’s agenda.
C. Andrews understood that the selectmen felt that the RFP
indicated that the “project which will get highest favorability is the
one with the highest number of units.” However, the selectmen
did not include that in the RFP. C. Andrews asked the ED to notify if RFP
gets out.
APPROVAL OF MINUTES:
The Board decided not to approve the minutes of Monday, November
19, 2007 until B. Green gets back.
C. Andrews made a motion to table that approval until January.

II. Maushope: A. Hot Water -ED reports that PHA doesn’t have a final bill from F.A. Days, so there is nothing to submit. PHA
will cry ‘poverty’ to DHCD and apply for emergency
funds.

III. Family Housing:
A. Sewer Hook Up – Town to hook up 33 Court Street and
35A Court Street.
B. Tenant has not completed moving out.
PHA will be responsible for storage.

CLOSING STATEMENTS:
N. Jacobsen wants information on 33 Court Street. ED reports that the
PHA has to get it up to code. N. Jacobsen wanted to know the Housing
Specialist’s salary. ED reports it may be $50,000 and would include
everything.
C. Andrews scheduled the next regular meeting for Tuesday, January 22,
