A regular meeting of the Provincetown Housing Authority was called to

order by Cheryl Andrews, Vice-Chair, on Wednesday, December 19, 2007, at

5:15 pm in the Maushope Common Room at 44 Harry Kemp Way, Provincetown.

                        Cathy Reno Brouillet, Commissioner

                        Nancy Jacobsen, Commissioner

                        Patrick J. Manning, Executive Director

                        Diana Fabbri, Recording Secretary

COMMISSIONERS’ STATEMENTS:

                        C. R. Brouillet stated that Ted Malone purchased Clem & Ursie’s

apartment building to completely restore and put apartments

in it.   Board discussed the unit mix of the building.

C.R. Brouillet is disappointed over the Shank Painter RFP process but

is happy to see it moving forward.

The Board noted that there was no official notification that it

was going to be on the selectmen’s agenda.

                        C. Andrews understood that the selectmen felt that the RFP

indicated that  the “project which will get highest favorability is the

one with the highest number of units.”  However, the selectmen

did not include that in the RFP.  C. Andrews asked the ED to notify if RFP

                        gets out.

APPROVAL OF MINUTES:

The Board decided not to approve the minutes of Monday, November

                        19, 2007 until B. Green gets back.
