PROVINCETOWN HOUSING AUTHORITY

A Public Meeting of the Provincetown Housing Authority was called to order by Nancy Jacobsen, Vice-Chair, on Tuesday, December 7, 2006 at 8:45am at The Fine Arts Work Center, 24 Pearl Street, Provincetown, Massachusetts.

PRESENT: PHA Nancy Jacobsen, Vice Chair

Pam Parmakian, Commissioner

Molly Perdue, Commissioner

Harry Opsahl-Gee (arrived 9:00am)

George Bryant, Commissioner (arrived 11:00am)

ABSENT:

The purpose of the meeting was to attend the Housing Summit.

The Board discussed at 10:30am the issue of PHA missing in several areas of the Housing Action Plan as well as not being identified as the approving entity for expenditures of the AHTF. Board agreed that M. Perdue would make a statement identifying these issues.

N. Jacobsen excused at 11:15.

M. Perdue motioned for adjournment at 2:00pm, seconded by P. Parmakian,

VOTED: Unanimous to adjourn.
