A Joint Meeting of the Provincetown Housing Authority and the Board of Selectmen was called to order by George Bryant, Commissioner, on Monday, August 14, 2006 at 6:05p.m. in the Judge Welch Hearing Room at 260 Commercial Street, Provincetown, Massachusetts.

ABSENT PHA Nancy Jacobsen (excused)

BOS Sarah Peak (excused)

STAFF Patrick J. Manning, Executive Director, PHA

Keith Bergman, Town Manager

A Joint Meeting was requested with the Board of Selectmen to appoint member to the Board of Commissioners for the Provincetown Housing Authority.

BOS member Michele Couture stated that there where 3 applicant and 3 open positions and the Joint Meeting should appoint the 3 applicants.

Motion by Michelle Couture that the Board of Selectman and the remaining members of the Provincetown Housing Authority vote, pursuant to MGL C.41/11, to appoint; Molly Perdue, Pam Parmakian, and Harry Opsahl-Gee to fill vacancies on the Provincetown Housing Authority which expire at the may 2007 Annual town Election.

Voted: Board of Selectman 4 to 0

Provincetown Housing Authority 1 to 0
