A regular meeting of the Provincetown Housing Authority was called to order by

Margaret Carroll-Bergman, Chair, on Wednesday, January 25, 2006 at 5:17 p.m. in the Maushope Common Room at 44 Harry Kemp Way, Provincetown, Massachusetts.

Nancy Jacobsen, Vice Chair

Patrick J. Manning, Executive Director

Lucy Singer Farkas, Recording Secretary

ABSENT: Arturo Alon, Treasurer (Excused)

George W. Bryant, Commissioner

Because of the absence of a quorum, no official business was conducted.

The Next Regular Meeting of the Board was set for Wednesday, February 22, 2006 at 5:15 p.m. in the Common Room at Maushope. Meeting adjourned at 5:55 p.m..
