CPC’s mission and goals are to fund affordable housing that provides for individuals and families with a mixed income range. PHA mission is to provide low income affordable housing. PHA informed CPC that the PHA is exploring developing a non-profit development corporation in order to develop housing that is 100% rental in perpetuity that is affordable for individuals and families from mixed income brackets.
