PROVINCETOWN BOARD of SELECTMAN

JUNE 14, 2004

A joint meeting of the Provincetown Housing Authority and the Provincetown Board of Selectman was called to order by Dr. Cheryl Andrews, Chair, on Monday, June 14, 2004 at 6:00pm in the Judge Welch Room at Town Hall, 260 Commercial Street, Provincetown, Massachusetts.

Margaret Carroll-Bergman called to order the Provincetown Housing Authority meeting at 6:01pm.

APPOINTMENT OF PHA BOARD VACANCY:

The Provincetown Housing Authority Board of Commissioners did not have a qurum. Board of Selectman reviewed the application for appointment to the PHA Board of Commissioners of Nancy Jacobsen. PHA Board of Commissioners PHA member M. Carroll-Bergman informed Board of Selectman that the PHA Board supported the appointment of Nancy Jacobsen. BofS voted to appoint Nancy Jacobsen for the open PHA Board position.

VOTED: Unanimous by the Provincetown Board of Selectman to appoint Nancy Jacobsen to the open seat on the Housing Authority Board of Commissioners.
