A Working meeting of the Provincetown Housing Authority was called to order by Margaret Carroll-Bergman , Chair on Monday, February 23, 2004 at 5:33pm in Caucus Hall, Town Hall at 260 Commercial Street,
Provincetown, Massachusetts.

AGENDA: Motion by A. Alon to approve
agenda as presented, seconded by
T. Nezbeth.
VOTED:
Unanimous to approve agenda as presented.
COMMUNITY
HOUSING REPORT 2004:
Board discussed support for Community Housing Report 2004.
Motion by A Alon not to support the Community Housing Report 2004 in entirety, no second.
Board discussed the language in the report regarding chapter 40B. Board would not support any attempt to eliminate and/or weaken 40B. Board discussed supporting the report without any reference to 40B. Board discussed that the Report was not an accurate reflection of the many issues raised by the Affordable Housing Task Force. Board discussed how this Report was just a beginning and there was a lot of work to still be done. The Board discussed the issue of a tight timeframe for the Report for the 2004 Annual Town Meeting.
The Board discussed if it was necessary to take a vote regarding the Community Housing Report 2004. The Board discussed that the import issues to vote on were the Articles for Town Meeting that they completed at their last meeting and not the Report. The Board decided not to take a vote regarding the Community Housing report 2004.
There being no further business a motion to adjourn was made by A. Alon, seconded by T. Nezbeth. Unanimous to adjourn at 5:50pm.
