owners of the condominium complex have requested that they be allowed to enter
into an Administrative Consent Order.
Their present septic system is in failure based upon a septic system
inspection report provided for the sale of one of the units.
Motion: Approve the request for an Administrative
Consent Order and allow a “quick fix” to the existing septic system.
