Evans presented the case for Timothy H. Schoeffler. The current septic system is in good working
order. There was a heavily varianced
plan done in 1999 which was approved by the BoH and can still be installed,
however; the owner would prefer hooking up to the sewer system if that is
possible.

that they are both real estate brokers as is the owner of this property. Health Agent recommends approval.
