Discussion

Trash Pick-up for condos over 8 Units.

Carol Carr did astute research as to the “discriminatory” nature of the Health regulations regarding trash pickup. (see Provincetown BoH Regs page 84, 3a) Sandy Turner, DPW, attested that 1207 condos are not served, while 1021 are. There was discussion and suggestion of pursuing a tax relief for those who do not have service, and to bring up this issue with the BoS about the budgetary ramifications.

East End Market-Grease Trap Discussion

Facts were found that indeed a wall baffle is not mandated for grease traps. Motion for grease trap at 122 Bradford was re-considered, and approved as presented in original plan without baffle.

Motion: Ken Jason   Seconded: John Livingstone. Vote 4-0-1(TG)
