Any other business that shall properly come before the Board

Jane Evans composed a letter for the BoH to send to the Water and Sewer Board.  It refers to the distribution of excess gallons.  The letter requests that when gallons become available – they be assigned to properties in the area with ACOs due to failed septic systems as a priority.   Board members present all signed the letter.

Health Agent’s Report

Jane reported that all the food service permit holders were notified by certified mail about the mandatory grease education classes that will be required before licenses are issued next year.

Health Inspector’s Reports

Brian asked if there was going to be a public hearing on the outdoor massage issue.  Duane said she is waiting to see what the ZBA decides if Larry Mueller goes before them.  Duane feels that it should be a zoning issue, as we really do not have anything in our regulations that expressly prohibits it.
