Abutter notification cards
submitted. Ken Jansen asked why this property can’t be forced to hook-up to the
sewer system and was informed by Jane Evans that BOH doesn’t have that
authority.
Motion: Recommend approval with a deed restriction
limiting the number of bedrooms to the existing three and that the attached
artist studio must remain as accessory use. This deed restriction must be
recorded at the Barnstable County Registry of Deeds and proof of recording
provided to the Health Agent prior to issuance of the Septic System Installation
Permit.

Discussion
Proposed Revisions to Board
of Health Regulations-After discussion, all board members except Ken Jansen
support elimination of Article VI to BOH regulations and all members agreed to
go ahead with Public Hearing on the matter.

indicated that more and more ACO’s are coming before her.
Brian Carlson, Health
Inspector presenting Mutual Aid Agreement article for Town Meeting. Ken Jansen
suggested adding a sentence so the final agreement will read:
To see if the Town of Provincetown will, in accordance
with M.G.L. c. 40, section 4A, authorize the Board of Health to enter into an intermunicipal agreement with one or
more other governmental units to provide public health services which the Board
of Health is authorized to perform, in accordance with an InterMunicipal Mutual
Aid Agreement to be entered into between the Town and various governmental
units, in time of emergency, to allow critical services to be shared between
municipalities and to authorize the use of personnel when needed, or take any
other action relative thereto.

town meeting as amended above.
