Meeting of the Board of Fire Engineers

March 13, 2008

Meeting convened at 7:45 p.m.

Members present: Chief Mike Trovato

Deputy Warren Alexander

House 4

Kenny Kline was present at the March 5^th house meeting requesting to rejoin the department.

He was advised to resubmit an application to Headquarters.

Captain Perry informed the board of several incidents where Kline made malicious comments to house members about Captain Perry. House members poled by Perry were not in favor of Kline rejoining House 4.

House 3

Chief Trovato advised Menangas that he would like to see a Lieutenant’s report from House 3 submitted to the board.

Firemen’s Ball was held on March 9^th @ the Vixen.

Rescue

Application received from Fernando Hernandez.

Motion: Zawaduk motioned to approve Hernandez’s application; Alexander seconded the motion, All in favor. Number of slots open in Rescue squad will be researched.

Windshield on Rescue 197 is cracked.

House 5

Request for new Bunker pants from Jonathan Sinaiko, (size 40 x 28, Color Black). Approved

by the board.
