Chief’s Report

New Engine 194

Sole bid was received from Emergency Vehicles of Maine in the amount of $301,590.00 with two (2) payment options:

Payment Option 1: Deduction for payment of apparatus at Ferrara Fire Apparatus, Inc. in Holden, LA at the completion of the final inspection trip. $ 1,605.00.

or

Payment Option 2: Deduction for payment of HME cab and chassis upon delivery to Ferrara Fire Apparatus, $3,609.00.

Motion: Roderick motioned to recommend to the Town Manager that the contract be awarded to Ferrara Fire Apparatus, Inc. with Payment Option #1; Alexander seconded the motion, All in favor.
