Meeting convened at 7:55 p. m.

Chief Trovato thanked Captain Flores and Alan Felton for their help repairing the overhead door in the apparatus bay.
Dispatching issues were discussed at a recent meeting between Police Chief Meyer, Sgt Tobias and Chief Trovato.
Appraisal of 1936 Antique Engine and Two Hand Tubs will be obtained. Paul Silva will be contacted re insurance coverage.
198 Hummer discussed. AFFF Foam needed. Foam tank will be installed by AJ after he completes restoring the Antique Engine. A Steward is needed for the Hummer. Menangas stated that if no one showed any interest he would take over the position.
Captain Martinez would like an outside external speaker mounted under pump panel of Ladder 192. EVM will be asked to install the speaker.
Scott Enos resigned as Steward of Engine 193.
Adrian Peters is interested in the Stewards position.
Motion: Menangas motioned to appoint Adrian Peters as Steward of Engine 193; Roderick seconded the motion, All in favor.
Application for membership received from Monika Himes.
Motion: Wolf motioned to accept Hines as a member of the Rescue Squad, pending her physical examination, Roderick seconded the motion, All in favor.
Nextel Cell Phones for Board members discussed. Information on the phones will be obtained. Town contract for cell phones will be researched as well.
Motion: Roderick motioned to adjourn the meeting; Menangas seconded the motion, All in favor.
