Meeting convened at 8:05 p.m.

Rescue Lieutenant Justin White
John Chris Branch voted into the squad by members of the rescue squad.
Motion: Monks motioned to accept the vote of the squad; Wolf seconded the motion, All in favor.
Rescue Standby Breaks discussed.
Motion: Monks motioned that the standby crew would be allowed to leave the station to go downtown for no longer than a 1-hour break for lunch. They will also be allowed to take 2 half hour breaks during their workday; Discussion followed. Wolf seconded the motion, Vote: two opposed, three in favor, Motion carried.
Missing portable radio from Station #5, discussed. Missing radio SN # 466AWC4742
has been shut down thru the Barnstable County Radio Shack.
Replacement of Low Band Base Station Unit discussed. Procurement form will be submitted to Town Manager for approval. Funds ($8,500) are available thru CIP FY 2004.
Motion: Wolf motioned to adjourn the meeting; Alexander seconded the motion, All in favor.
