Chief’s Report

Rescue Summer Standby crew hanging around down town area in rescue vehicle discussed.

Letter will be sent to Captain Roda advising him that the rescue crew and vehicle will remain in the station when not responding to a call. Also, when the vehicle leaves the Station it will be signed out of the station.

Pagers (10) & chargers (9) sent to Com-Tech Electronics for repair.

Radio Officer will keep an inventory list of all radios. Repairs will also be noted.

Microphones and speakers to be installed on fire trucks. Mike Smith will be contacted for the installations and repair the intercom and install speakers on Ladder 192.

Two (2) Light Boxes needed. Rescue & Ladder 192.

Two Phones needed for Main Station. 1 for Male bunkroom & 1 for Ladies bunkroom.

Action List will be re-implemented. Projects listed will be compiled from meeting minutes.

Computers at Main Station discussed. Alexander will contact Gary Delius re getting the computers at the main station up and running.

Motion: Alexander motioned to accept the house vote; Roderick seconded the motion, All in favor.

Board Meeting will be held on June 18, 2003 to discuss House Reports, including problems at House #4.
