Pay per call system for the Rescue Squad discussed.

Rescue coverage will be provided with four squads containing three members. Each squad will have two groups. If squad 1 goes to the hospital, a crew of three will be standing by if needed.

Regular members will receive an annual stipend of $600 plus $250 per quarter. Coverage will begin at 6 p.m. to 6 a.m., from October 1^st to May 31^st. October thru January will be one quarter, and February thru May will be the second quarter. If a member misses any call during a quarter, they will be penalized $25. If they miss 2 calls they will be penalized $50. If they miss 3 calls they forfeit their quarterly stipend.

Members will be paid per call at an hourly rate as per certification:

First Responders $12.00 pr call

EMT Basics 15.91

EMT-I 17.24

EMT-Paramedics 19.10

Hospital Runs – Members will be paid a minimum of four hours per hospital run per their certification.
