Gary Delius, Chairman; Ruth Gilbert, Vice Chairman (5:45pm), Robert Vetrick, Thomas Thurston, Walt Winnowski, David Bedard, Frederick Biddle (alternate),

Members Absent:

Virginia Ross (excused), Edward Gage (excused), Alice Foley (alternate)

Also Present:

Keith Bergman, Town Manager, Alex Hielala, Town Accountant;

Members of the CPC including: Elaine Anderson, Chairman, Mona Anderson, Vice Chairman, Molly Perdue, Austin Knight, Stephen Milkewicz

Call to Order:

4:45pm

Order of business:

Mr. Bergman presented the revised figures for FY2007 budget adjustments. A Brief discussion followed regarding the details of some of the inner-Department transfers.

MOTION:To Recemmend Special Town Meeting Article 12FY 2007 Budget Adjustments in the amount of $226,474.

Motion: Robert Vetrick, Second Tom Coen Vote; 6, 0, 0

Ms Elaine Anderson Chairman of the Community Preservation Committee and several members of the CPC discussed the details of the CPC grant of $732,000 to a 12 unit affordable housing project to be located at 12 Sandy Hill lane in Provincetown. A vigorous discussion ensued however, time ran out before a final vote could be made.

MOTION: To postpone consideration of Annual Town Meeting Article 9.3.a Community Preservation Budget for 2008, Borrowing until 5:00pm on April 9^th.

Motion: Robert Vetrick, Second: Ruth Gilbert; Vote: 8,0,0

The meeting adjourned at the 10:45pm with the adjournment of Town Meeting.
