meeting were reviewed. Motion to accept
with the following changes: page 3, Tom Thurston will speak on ATM-4.2. page 4,
correct spelling is Robert Caghill.
Ginny Ross arrived at 6:07PM

Chair Sue Buerkel opened the
Public Hearing on Capital Improvement Plan Articles in accordance with 9-2-4 of
the Provincetown Charter.
There were no speakers and
hearing was closed.
Continued Review of Special and Annual Town Meeting
Articles
Town Manager, Keith Bergman
handed out an updated article tally sheet and a memo dated March 18, 2003-April
7, 2003 Special & Annual Town Meeting Articles with Financial Implications.

ATM-29 Human Services Grants
Program (David Eliseo)
Request of $47,654, increase
of $1674 which reflects increases for those groups that have been level funded
for years and for those groups that provide emergency housing funds because
needs have increased. Cape Cod Human Services was only group that didn’t apply
this year, Gosnold has picked up a lot of those services. All groups that
applied were given grants.
