What?

More traditional packaging model with customer picking from various cultural opportunities such as night time events [plays, readings, lectures, shows, etc…], movement arts, classes and workshops [at PAAM, FAWC, PMPM, Castle Hill, schools, Coastal Studies, etc.], in combination with hotel, restaurant, and other business opportunities.

When?

Might be for one night, several, week-long]. Year-round with black out dates. Summer opportunities would stress slow times be it a week on certain hours [such as early-bird dinner options] and may have minimum stay to promote mid-week.

Who?

The Cultural Coordinator as funded in the MCC Adams grant; a part-time coordinator who works with the business community and the customer.

How?

Year-long, at least through December 31, 2006 [end of 2006 MCC Adams grant]

Develop master calendar with complete details of all events, classes, workshops, etc

Web page with master calendar

Customize Provincetown Cultural Package experience, allow customer to select a timeframe and pick & choose events, classes, hotels, restaurants, etc
