Present: Steve Melamed (Chairman), Thanassi Kuliopolous, Alix Ritchie, Henry Tuttle, Astrid Burg

Excused Absence: Hunter O’Hanian, Gabby Hannah, Todd

The Chairman Steve Melamed called the meeting to order at 10AM.

Minutes of 10/11/06 were approved.

Alix discusses further planning for tentative December 6 Business Summit and suggests crafting an announcement for distribution at the Town Meeting, listing the topics to be discussed.

Henry continues Planning and Development.

Waterfront update – Steve attempted to set up a joint meeting with the Harbor Committee, but they do not have a quorum. Alix suggests sending a letter to the BOS regarding Harbor issues not being dealt with due to the lack of a quorum.

Discussion as to tactics and Chapter 91 – Henry makes chart listing waterfront uses both professional and recreational.

Discussion ensued regarding nonprofit organizations – economic contribution – public/private partnerships.
