The meeting was called to order by the Chairman Steve Melamed at 6:07 PM.
Michelle introduced Christina Pappas of Open the Door.
Christina Pappas gives a slideshow presentation of a Strategic Economic Cultural Plan for Provincetown outlining the following:

The floor was then opened for questions and discussion as to the next steps to take. Christina suggested that all the entities work together to further explore what will be different about this infrastructure and how it will be better. The consensus is to move forward with the structure of a DMO.
