Chairman Cheryl Andrews convened this special meeting at 6:00 PM noting the
following attendees: Board of Selectmen members: Cheryl Andrews,
Sarah Peake, Michele Couture, Richard Olson and David Nicolau
Other attendees: Town Manager Keith Bergman, Building Commissioner Doug Taylor, Facilitator Kathryn Rafter
Economic Development Council Members: Stephen Melamed, Alix Ritchie, Bill Dougal and Gabby Hanna

1. JOINT MEETING – ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT COUNCIL
Develop Guidelines for Economic Development Permits
Cheryl Andrews turned the meeting over to Kathryn Rafter (See attached related material.)
MOTION: Move that the Board of Selectmen offer Article 3 as amended by the Economic Development Council.
