Economic
Development Council initiated development work to create criteria for the use
of Board of Selectmen in distributing excess gallonage as it becomes available
in the future.
Much discussion ensued
regarding new and old economies of Provincetown and the way to deal with it in
the future.
Council regretfully
accepted the resignation of Mr. Paul DeRuyter.
